Description

Statement of Jay Hubach to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office: In this statement Jay Hubach recount's his initial impressions of the crime scene at the Sheppard home on July 4, 1954. Hubach was called by fire department chief Walter Koch, informing him of some trouble at the Sheppard home. Upon arrival Hubach was informed that Marilyn Sheppard had been murdered. The statement continues to describe the crime scene, including where Marilyn was found and what Sam Sheppard was wearing.
