Description
Reports that Columbus Attorney Paul M. Herbert was employed as special counsel to handle Sam's appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. Herbert pointed to blood evidence that ruled out Sam as the murderer. Saul S. Danaceau, Thomas J. Parrino and Gertrude B. Mahon argued for the prosecution.
