Decorate our Little Free Libraries in Youth Services Department
@ The Cleveland Public Library
4th Floor, Main Library Bldg.
For more information call: 216-623-2834

Celebrate Octavofest by joining the Youth Services Department and the Ohio Center for the Book to decorate two Little Free Library structures which will be used to promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges in the Cleveland community. Little Free Libraries build a sense of community by sharing skills, creativity, and wisdom across generations. We can make our Little Free Libraries red, white and blue; cover them with sparkles or semi-precious jewels, or pictures, hand prints or signatures of all the kids and adults who participate. Paint a mural! Make a collage!

Participate further by sharing a book you love with others. “If you love a book, let it go….”
