Abstract
The Estate of Sam Sheppard contends that the report provided to the Plaintiff regarding the expert testimony of coroner Elizabeth Balraj does not adequately set forth her opinion. As such, it is argued that the local rules of evidence bar her testimony.
In ruling on this motion, the court ordered the State to produce supplemental expert reports.
