Abstract
On January 20, 1964, Gene Lowall of Argosy Magazine provided F. Lee Bailey with the Consent and Release documents signed by Sam Sheppard and his family in 1957. These documents had granted Argosy and The Court of Last Resort to investigate the murder of Marilyn Sheppard and publish their findings in Argosy.
