Abstract
This section of the AMSEC report focuses on witness statements and police reports, that among other things, identified a man matching Eberlings description, outside near the Sheppard estate. There are also statements made by person’s who knew and or worked with Eberling pertaining to his cutting his hand and dripping blood in the Sheppard home the day prior to the murder.
