Abstract
In March 1994, Sam Reese Sheppard and Cynthia Cooper entered into an agreement with AMSEC. In the 2000 trial, AMSEC's vice president, Don Lowers, testified that the Sheppard and Cooper wanted AMSEC to focus on Richard Eberling as a possible suspect in the murder of Marilyn Sheppard (p. 146, Dr. Sam Sheppard on Trial, Case Closed by Jack P. DeSario and Bill Mason). This report summarizes AMSEC's research into Eberling as a possible suspect.
