Coordinated by the Greater Cleveland Boy Scout Council, Lake Erie Girl scout council, and Manners Restaurants, Clevelanders joined together on April 27^th 1974 to celebrate Keep America Beautiful Day. Participants all over the city donned trash bags and picked up garbage, in a day of beautification and celebration.
