Description

In a 2-1 Ruling, the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals holds that Sheppard's rights to a fair trial had not been violated as previously ruled by Judge Carl Wienman. If no appeal to that ruling is filed within 20 days, Sheppard will be returned to prison. Article describes what happened after Sheppard heard the news.
