Cleveland Mayor Celebrezze asked his safety director, and chief of police, to be "reasonable" when estimating charges to Bay Village, Ohio, for all of the work that the City of Cleveland has done on the case. Preliminary estimates of the 5400 man hours would make the bill approximately $15,000.00.
