Description

After a dramatic plea by William J Corrigan for Sam Sheppard's release on bail, and his calling of three witnesses to testify for the defense, Judge Edward Blythin refuses the petition for freedom on bail. Sheppard, and many members of family, cried openly during the proceedings.
