Description

For the third year running, the Cleveland Antiquarian Book and Paper Show will return to the Cleveland Skating Club (2500 Kemper Rd., Shaker Heights 44120) on Sunday, October 20, from 10am to 5pm. A wide variety of dealers in old, used, and rare books and paper collectibles will set up booths for the one-day event. It's like a paper museum where everything is for sale! And you don't have to be a "collector" to take part. Over 300,000 new books are published in the United States every year, but only a small fraction are available even a year afterwards. The economics of the rapidly changing world of book publishing demand that only the very best sellers remain in print. Looking for a favorite book you read as a child (or even a few years ago?). Chances are good that it's out-of-print...but might find find it here! And...as in the past...customers can bring along up to three books of their own for a free evaluation a la Antiques Road Show. Hope to see you there!
