Abstract
The Estate of Sam Sheppard requests to exclude the testimony of Paula Ernst from the trial. Paula was apparently an expert witness for the State, who was creating a computer model for evidence. This motion describes how the model was not complete and the Estate of Sam Sheppard did not get a chance to depose the witness before trial.
