Abstract
In this motion the Sheppard Estate sought to strike Phyllis Moretti from testifying about the alleged confession of Dr. Samuel Sheppard pursuant to 804(b)(3) of the Ohio Rules of Evidence. The Estate contends that the alleged confession lacks corroborating circumstances, and should be excluded.
