Abstract
The State of Ohio’s motion to compel Orient Correctional Institute to provide the medical records of Robert Parks. Parks claimed he suffered a jaw fracture while at the institution, and the Defendant is seeking to substantiate that claim. Parks was a fellow inmate of Richard Eberling and claimed that Eberling confessed to the murder of Marilyn Sheppard.
