Abstract
Here, the Estate of Sam Sheppard requests the court force the State of Ohio to provide an amended pretrial statement. The Estate notes that the State did not provided a summary of the anticipated testimony of Paul Gerhardt and Art Pagel in its Tenth Amended Witness List. Also, the State did not provide the address of Colleen Lentz.
