English Abstract

This research, through in-depth interviews of ten participants, studied and analyzed, from political, economic and cultural perspectives, the Chinese dual immersion and Chinese bridge programs and the growing “Chinese learning heat” in Utah in a global context.

本文采用质化研究的方法,对十位被问访者进行了深度访谈,探究犹他州在中小学开展汉语双语沉浸式教育和高级汉语桥梁课程的政治,经济,和文化背景,同时阐释了在当前美国对华政策的大背景下在犹他州兴起的“汉语热” 的本质及其前景。
