Abstract

This capstone project addressed the community's lack of knowledge and training in fall prevention strategies by developing and implementing a volunteer peer liaison fall prevention manual. The manual outlined guidelines and provided training to support participants of the fall prevention program offered by the Community Partnership on Aging.
