Abstract
Following Dr. Stephen Sheppard's accusation that Dr. Gerber planted Demerol in Sam's medical bag, Patrolman Fred Drenkhan and Sergeant Jay Hubach interviewed Chief Eaton, who was at the crime scene when this activity allegedly occurred. Chief Eaton recalls that someone found the Demerol, but he did not remember what happened with it. Chief Eaton also rebutted Stephen Sheppard's statement that he gave Sam's clothes to the chief personally at the hospital.
