Abstract
Nancy Ahern stated that she, her husband, and her children had gone to the Sheppard home on July 3. The children had dinner and went to bed, and the Aherns and Sheppards watched a movie. Sam rested on the daybed / studio couch where he appeared to fall asleep. The Aherns left after the movie.
