*Event is open only to KeyBank Scholars (CMSD graduates only). *Limited number of tickets available. Please sign up only if you know for certain that you will be able to attend. If you are placed on a waitlist, please still come on the day of the event in case there are tickets available. Tickets on the day of the event will be on a first-come first-served basis. Event Details: Socialize, play and practice team building skills at WhirlyBall Cleveland. Date: Saturday, October 7th, 2017 Meeting time: 10:00 am Meeting Location: Main Classroom 110 Game time at Whirly Cleveland: 12:00 pm
Meeting Instructions: Meet at MC 110 at 10:00 am sharp. We will leave by 10:30 am. Event location: Whirly Cleveland at 5055 Richmond Rd. at Miles (250 ft. south of Miles Road), in Bedford Heights, OH Transportation Details: We will travel as a group to the Whirly Ball location by public transportation (RTA). Public transportation directions to and from Whirly Ball Cleveland will be sent to students who RSVP and get added to the reserved and wait lists. Please remember to have the RTA sticker on your Viking Card. Wondering what is Whirly Ball? "Whirly ball is a team sport invented by Stan Mangum that combines elements of basketball and jai alai, or rather a combination of lacrosse and bumper cars, with the players riding Whirlybugs, small electric vehicles similar to bumper cars." More details will be sent once the reserved and wait lists have been filled.
