Description

Eight people have been subpenaed to testify at a bail bond hearing for Sam Sheppard in two days. Assistant county prosecutor, John J. Mahon, said, as a matter of law, the issue of bail is left to the discretion of the court, "but the court must base his discretion on good cause."
