Program Description
The day-long kick-off event will be on Monday, March 5th at Cleveland State University, in the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Moot Courtroom. Librarians, library staff, instructional designers, and faculty are all welcome to attend this free event!
In honor of Open Education Week and in collaboration with universities across Ohio, Cleveland State University will be facilitating its first OpenCon Cleveland event.. The focus of the event will be the potential and value of open pedagogy efforts in higher education and other educational institutions. The facilitators of this event hope to increase awareness of and enthusiasm for open in the larger Ohio community and to begin establishing a network of open education advocates in the region.
