Abstract

Hubach and Drenkhan filed this report regarding a letter received from Chicago. William Corrigan called police to advise that he had received a carbon copy of a letter from "Miss J.R.P." from Chicago. The letter stated that she had seen a man in the early morning of July 4 in front of the Sheppard home. Bay Village Police had not received a copy of this letter and sent Corrigan's copy to the Cleveland Police to follow up.
