Abstract
Harlan James Hall stated that he lived with his parents in Lakewood, Ohio. Hall claims that on the night of July 3 he was traveling to visit his grandmother but did not make it to his grandmother's home. Hall says he ended up staying outside because he did not have a vehicle. On July 4 he was transported to the Bay Village Police Department for questioning. Contains Hall's statement and police documentation.
