Abstract
Charles Bryson was one of the Sheppards' neighbors in Bay Village. He stated to police that he was informed of Marilyn Sheppard's murder around 9am by Arthur Paine. He also stated that he had come home from visiting a friend in Mentor, Ohio, and did not see anything strange. He stated that the Sheppards' dog, Koko, was a quiet dog and was kept inside during the night.
