Motion of James Neff to Quash Subpoena
Abstract
Pursuant to Ohio Civil Procedure Rule 45(C) and Rule 26(C), James Neff, a nonparty witness in the captioned matter, hereby moves this Court to quash the subpoena issued by Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor Dean Boland on behalf of the State on the grounds that the State failed to comply with the service requirements of Rule 45(B).
