Abstract
Expert opinion of Dr. Michael Sobel, forensic odontologist, on the cause of Marilyn's broken teeth. Sobel disagrees with Kirk's assertion that Marilyn's teeth were broken as a result of biting her assailant, opining that the damage was a result of blunt trauma.
Sobel also offers his opinion concerning her broken-off (avulsed) fingernail. He hypothesizes that it occurred in the course of scratching her attacker and suggests that the Eberling wrist scar would match the scenario.
