Description

The Initial Homicide Offense Report describes the July 4, 1954 lake conditions and weather: "At approximately 6:20 a.m., there was about 4 to 5 ft. of beach at the foot of the stairs, with a small swell rolling on the beach from the northeast. The sky was clear and a breeze was not noticeable."
