Abstract

The article discusses the regulation Telecommunications Act of 1996 in the U.S. It highlights that the federal law encourage the development of communications technologies in local regulatory authorities. Also emphasized is the modification of the TCA for a wireless tower of base station with removal or replacement of transmission equipment and change in the physical dimensions of the facility.
