Abstract

Robertson says that there are many lessons that should have been learned from the events surrounding the BP/Deepwater Horizon blowout in the Gulf of Mexico in April 2010 and these lessons can inform Ohio as we rush to develop our shale oil and gas resources. This article focuses on emergency preparedness and planning.
