Abstract
The authors discuss the definition of "attacks" under the International Criminal Court (ICC) statute. This post was an invited contribution to the online symposium run by Articles of War and is based on the Amicus Brief that Sterio and her colleagues at the Public International Law and Policy Group (PILPG) recently submitted to the ICC in the appellate case of Bosco Ntaganda.
