Abstract

Kalir writes that we should listen to Sotomayor, who in a recent dissent upbraided the court majority for its repeated failure to defend the Constitution's Supremacy Clause in cases involving Texas Senate Bill 8 - opening the door, Kalir argues, to wider mischief as states begin to emulate the Texas bounty-hunter approach.
