Abstract
Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion overruling Roe v. Wade is truly a stunning document. It is hard to read for anyone who cares about women’s rights and human rights in this country. And while many others have already commented on what it portends, I would like to focus on the draft itself. My argument is that this is the most Trumpian opinion to ever leave the high court.
