Abstract

Under the Orwellian title of “judicial reform,” the current Benjamin Netanyahu-led government is attempting to destroy the autonomous, independent, and constitutionally protected status of the Judicial Branch in Israel.

If you care about Israel – indeed, if you care about maintaining the only remaining democracy in the Middle East – you should also make your position known. Now is the time to help Israel. Now is the time to support its democracy. Now is the time to try and overturn these bad proposals. Now, or Israel will cease to exist as a democracy.
