Abstract

Late last year, Oxford University Press published the second edition of The Ohio State Constitution, a book I wrote with Gino J. Scarselli. This review summarizes its leading features and suggests how it can be useful to lawyers, judges, and students addressing issues under the Ohio Constitution. Finally, I provide a brief origin story about my involvement in what is now widely acknowledged to be a most important topic.
