Abstract
The Supreme Court heard two and a half hours of oral arguments on April 25, 2024 in the appeal involving Donald Trump's presidential immunity claims, a matter likely to be decided close to the end of the court's current term. Guest Columnist Doron M. Kalir, a Cleveland State University professor of law, offers some prognostications on how the court may decide the matter based on the questions asked -- and by which justices -- and the very high stakes involved.
