Abstract

The contemporary law student needs contemporary issues to flourish. The law and legal education remained relatively static for many years, however, with the integration of technology into every aspect of our lives has come a major change in the way our lives are lived.

Correspondingly, there must be a major change in the way we teach and what we teach about. That is not to say the historical cases and issues do not have their place in legal education, but that more of us need to look at the legal world through our students' perspectives before we decide what would make for an interesting, dare I say, fun, discussion.
