Abstract
Although the Supreme Court has not addressed the topic of religious content messages, a number of lower federal courts have. The most recent case in this area, Kiesinger v. Mexico Academy and Central School (Kiesinger), although only a federal district decision, nonetheless becomes a convenient starting point to distill the key legal issues for a broader discussion and analysis of other federal case law.
