Description
Writ of habeas corpus denied for Dr. Samuel H. Sheppard. Defense attorney, William J. Corrigan, immediately announces that he will appeal the ruling, and he also gives Sheppard words of advice. Sam Sheppard is then led back to jail to face further questioning by homicide detectives.
