Description
An article highlighting the career of Common Pleas Judge William K. Thomas (shown in the photo on the left). Thomas will conduct the preliminary hearing of Dr. Samuel H. Sheppard. Judge Frank J. Merrick (shown in the photo on the right) transferred the duty of the hearing from Magistrate Barber to Judge Thomas.
