William J. Corrigan, Attorney for Dr. Samuel H. Sheppard, indicates that his legal team does "not plan to ask for a continuance when Dr. Sheppard appears Monday at 9:15 a.m. for a preliminary hearing."

Article also states that the hearing "will afford Dr. Sheppard an opportunity to make his own statement in answer to the charge that he murdered his wife, Marilyn, July 4."
