Description
After a locked-door conference with Mayor J. Spencer Houk, Richard S. Weygandt, said "I do not have enough information to satisfy me that an arrest should be made tonight." Also, Cleveland police contend that an arrest in the case should have been made Sunday, July 4, Several hours after Mrs. Sheppards' body was found in her bed at the Sheppard home at 28924 West Lake Rd., Bay Village.
