Description
The attorney for Sam Sheppard, William J. Corrigan, claims that his client was taken to the City Hall, and held behind locked doors, without benefit of counsel. Corrigan said that Sheppard was arraigned before a councilman whom he said lacked jurisdiction in order to issue a warrant.
