Description

A search has been undertaken for a missing golf club from Marilyn Sheppard's golf bag. Coroner Samuel R. Gerber and homicide detectives surmise it might fit the description of a possible murder weapon. Mrs. Sheppard played her last game of golf on July 2, 1954, at which Nancy Ahern recalled seeing Marilyn holding the missing 9-iron in her hands.
