Description
A Cleveland Press editorial column titled, "Halo of the week", in which the award was bestowed upon Judge William K. Thomas for following the constitutional "dictates of the law (as he saw it)", and by making a "fearless and innately honest decision" in his granting of bail to Sam Sheppard.
