Description

After his first request was rejected by prosecutors, defense attorney, William J. Corrigan, said he will file a lawsuit to regain possession of the murder home for his client, Sam Sheppard. Assistant county prosecutor, John J. Mahon, explained that the suit would need to be filed in Probate Court, since the property is listed under Marilyn Sheppard's name.
