Description

This article describes the safeguards of individual liberty in the bill of rights. It also states the process of of what happens when I person is accused of a crime according to the Constitution. Its also states that American Newspapers can not disregard these principles because they are the way that the general public form a public opinion. It is due to the editorialized of the Sam Sheppard he was convicted in the minds of the public before he arrested and charged.
