Description

After today's bail hearing, it was expected that Judge Blythin will refuse to set bail for Sam Sheppard. Several people testified for the defense, yet prosecutors called no rebuttal witnesses, because they considered the defense's testimony weak. Dr. Sam erupted in emotions at the "unique" proceedings when his neighbor, Nancy Ahern, testified regarding events that happened preceding the July 4 slaying.
