Description
Defense attorney, William J. Corrigan, gives his closing arguments at today's bail hearing. Assistant county prosecutor, John J. Mahon, challenges Dr. Sam Sheppard to take the stand, contending that the defendant's own story of the murder could best contest the first degree charge. Sheppard did not take the stand.
